Your personal data are processed for the purpose of marketing of products and services offered by the Company and other companies within the Global Cosmed group, the performance of competitions organised online in the Internet services as well as initiatives necessary to fulfil the obligations of the Organiser resulting from the Competition Rules.

Your personal data can be made available to other companies of the Global Cosmed capital group and other bodies involved in carrying out tasks related to the performance of competitions (settlement of the competition, distribution of rewards, etc.) conferred on them by the Company. Furthermore, your personal data to the extent to which they are processed by the information systems can be provided to other bodies rendering information services to the Company, such as hosting, server rental and data archiving. Your personal data will be made available only to the bodies which ensure the protection of personal data at the level specified in the GDPR.

Furthermore, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data or the limitation of their processing, right to raise objection against processing as well as the right to transfer the personal data.
