One of the company’s great assets is the flexibility of its production, which has the ability to quickly launch new products and adapt production lines to a wide range of different products. Research and Development
The company has its own laboratory equipped with specialist research equipment. The product formulas are developed according to start-of-the-art knowledge, using raw materials from renowned companies and in compliance with applicable law.

Global Cosmed can boast over 20 years of experience in the production and distribution of cosmetic products and chemicals. This covers a wide assortment, both in terms of categories of manufactured products and distribution channels (the market of branded products, B2B market). A long-standing presence on both markets, solid and dependable suppliers, modern machinery and a high production capacity have enabled us to secure a strong competitive position. These strengths are of particular importance in the private brand segment, as it is the purchasing strategy of major customers to work with market leaders in certain categories.
Distribution
Our product sales and distribution model, in which a significant part of sales is conducted directly to the distribution centres of individual customers, achieves distribution efficiency at a reduced cost and with a relatively small sales team.
Diversified product portfolio
As our main customers prefer suppliers that provide a wide range of products, Global Cosmed does not only offer products manufactured in-house, but also includes detergents and cleaning agents sourced from strategic business partners in its portfolio. A full range of cosmetic products and household chemicals meets the comprehensive needs of our customers and thus increases the bargaining power and competitiveness of the company’s offer.
Production capacity
Compared to other companies competing in the market of private brands, Global Cosmed has a large production capacity. This positions the company as of one of the few on the Polish market able to meet orders from big, international retailers.
Investments
The company carried out extensive modernisation of its production lines and expanded its machine park between 2008 and 2010. A warehouse for raw materials and another for the packaging and storage of finished products were also built in the same period. These investments have allowed Global Cosmed to attract a growing number of customers, strengthen its position on the market and reduce production costs.
High quality
Maintaining high, and very importantly, repeatable product quality is possible thanks to the introduction of integrated information systems to support and improve production processes. ISO 9001 and IFS HPC guarantee the high quality of products and services provided by Global Cosmed.
Management
Over its many years of activity, Global Cosmed has put together an efficient management team that is responsible for the present strategy. It is worth noting that both the Management Board and key managers have been with the Company for many years.
